Roberto L. Tan talks with Filipino-Chinese businessmen


To reach out to the Chinese and Filipino-Chinese business community in the Philippines as one of the important business partners, Manabat Sanagustin & Co., CPAs conducted a seminar on the Update on Latest BIR Issuances for the members of the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce Industry Inc. (FFCCCII) on August 5, 2008 in Binondo, Manila.

Mr. Roberto L. Tan, Principal for Tax and Corporate Services, discussed vital issues on the latest operational issuances and tax compliances from the Bureau of Internal Revenue as well as remedies for taxpayers to around 80 FFCCCII board members, including the Federation’s President Mr. John Tan and the Tax & Business Advocacy Committee Chairman Mr. Peter Coliangco. The seminar was presented by the Tax and Corporate Services and Markets divisions.

Since its creation in 1954, FFCCCII has channeled its efforts into uniting the Chinese-Filipino community with a network of 170 member organizations all over the Philippines. These organizations play vital roles in the sectors, industries and communities where they are involved.
