New Office for Manabat Sanagustin & Co., CPAs!


 

It’s a brand new home for Manabat Sanagustin & Co., CPAs! And it is named The KPMG Center. Located at 6787 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, it is three buildings away from the former office site at Philamlife Tower. Once completed, the building will be an all-glass architectural landmark on the famed Ayala Avenue in the country’s premier business center. As they say in real estate parlance, this is all about location. The Philippine firm sees the move as a great opportunity to signal the forward thinking and the aggressive move for growth by the new, revitalized Manabat Sanagustin & Co., CPAs.

Tax and BFAS on the 8th floor were the first groups to move in on July 28. This was followed by HR, Markets, RMG/DPP and Accounting (all on the 6th floor), which moved on August 6th. Audit moved in on the long weekend of August 16 and is on the 5th and 7th floors, while RAS is also on the 7th floor. The executive offices which are located on the 9th floor moved before the end of August. The pantry and Central files which are on the third floor will be completed at the same time. There will be room to grow and expand in the 3rd and 4th floors.
