Tax & Corporate Services hosts Transfer Pricing Talk with industry leaders

The Tax and Corporate Services practice of KPMG held a Transfer Pricing Roundtable discussion on April 28 and 29, 2008. The roundtable seminar held at the Tower Club of Philamlife Tower, aimed to provide guidance on the impact of Transfer Pricing legislation in the country and the region especially to the pharmaceutical and outsourcing industries
Mr. Geoffrey Soh, KPMG Singapore’s Tax Director and Transfer Pricing Specialist was invited to come over and talk about Transfer Pricing and other related tax issues. Mr. Geoffrey Soh has 18 years of professional experience, working in a Canadian university, followed by public policy development and economic forecasting the public sector. Additionally, he has managed about 300 international transfer pricing engagements, including those for clients in the financial services, oil and gas, telecommunications, information technology, and consumer/industrial goods sectors. He has also been involved in advance pricing agreements involving tax authorities from countries such as Singapore, Canada, USA, and Japan.
